o Halltown Fire: concern due from lack of information that is received in their notification system. Offered instruction on Web CAD.
o Aurora City Fire: Concerns that PD gets more information regarding the medical calls they are sent on, replied with pd is often last to know making more information available and we do offer updates once units are enroute or radio to copy.
o Marionville fire had requested to have fewer weather notifications on overnight hours, advised we are unable to accommodate due to the difficulty to differentiate between department's preferences. Noted as well the infrequency of the notifications as well. Advised that Marionville would follow up after chiefs’ meeting if changes needed to be pressed.
o Followed up with Pennington/MRF In reference to fire not being updated on scene security. Additional counseling provided to trainee.
o Followed up with Dan Alber/PCFD in reference to Active 911’s for calls that PCFD were not dispatched on. Findings found we were at a 93% accuracy on assignment.
